As soon as you enter the environment you will be greeted with an aroma of relaxing smells of incense and candles that make you want to immediately come closer and commit yourself to the experience, music beats that will immediately begin to quiet your busy mind, and the energy will make you feel comfort and safe and even excited.
Every time you allow yourself to be present and check out of the thoughts and feelings that control our everyday stresses, you are creating space to heal.
There is a “four elements’ connection in the work I do as I believe it essential to all life. They are presented within and all around you. We are formed by these elements: earth, fire, air and water. They are here to bring balance which is what you will experience in our sessions as well as an invite this healing on a deep level that will also aid in release, or as I like to call it freedom. And from this state, you will notice immediate changes to your minds. There will be more peace, more clarity and you will feel lighter, happier and an infectious sense of calm. I will no doubt see you again, it is that good.

SCENT
As a significant link in the mind-body connection, the sense of smell can be deployed to improve pain tolerance. You can also use your sense of smell to deliver instant relaxation and upon arrival you will see exactly what I am talking about.
HEAT
Heat helps reduce muscle pain, stiffness and spasms. It increases the blood flow to soothe the nervous system and relax your joints and muscles.
SOUND
As music can absorb our attention, it acts as a distraction at the same time it helps to explore emotions. This means it can be a great aid to relaxation, helping to prevent the mind wandering and allowing you to get yourself into a meditative state.
TOUCH
The effects of massage are physiologically and psychological in nature. Massage therapy performed on healthy individuals increase muscle flexibility, relaxation and decreased stress levels.
